Maintenance Schedule for DigiMark® Facilities.

DigiMark® performs routine maintenance that enables us to install improvements to our network and infrastructure. Additionally, preventative maintenance is performed to correct potential issues that have been identified by DigiMark®'s early warning procedures and processes that are based on careful monitoring and thorough analysis of activity logs of our network and facilities.

DigiMark® makes every effort to prevent disruptions in service and performs maintenance during low traffic times in order to minimize potential interruptions to customers' Internet operations.



10:00 p.m. - 1:00 a.m. Thursdays, Eastern Daylight/Standard Time.

This period of time is for each DigiMark® facility to perform any needed local maintenance. This period of time is reserved for large scale maintenance at local facilities or for maintenance that needs to be coordinated across facilities.

Additional periods of maintenance may occur. Whenever possible, DigiMark® will provide detailed notice three days prior to planned maintenance to allow our customers to manage their business more effectively. If a mission-critical situation arises, DigiMark® will immediately contact our clients using our established emergency contact procedures.
